I am a woman who has learned to embrace change. I was the first Canadian women to own a seat on The New York Stock Exchange. I also ran the all-male trading department for a leading Wall Street investment firm.

Now I have traded the Old Boys Club in for the Real Cougar Club, my social network for women over 40.

I represent The Real Cougar Woman. In fact, the Boston Globe gave me credit for coining the term "Real Cougar" - turning the negative definition of a cougar into something uplifting and positive for all women.

The Real Cougar Woman is smart, sexy, independent and proud to be over 40. She knows what she wants and how to get it. She can be married or she can be single - it's not about the ring on her finger it's all about attitude.

My expertise is in working with women who are ready for change. Women who have been pushed and pulled by life’s demands and in the process have forgotten what’s important to them. Women who are going through the motions but aren’t being nourished by the life they have worked so hard to build.

I understand how difficult it is to cope when your body, mind and spirit are going through a life altering transition. I went through a very tough transition after Wall Street and learned some very powerful lessons that I want to share.

As an author, speaker and change agent I help women over 40, 50 and 60 find their answers, get support, and rediscover who they really are and what they really want.

The Real Cougar Woman is ready to embrace life, take chances and go after what truly makes her heart sing. She knows how to integrate her masculine qualities while utilizing her fabulous feminine gifts to the fullest.
